2026 Terms & Pricing
I offer branding and business strategy support through projects or monthly retainers, giving you flexible access to a creative, capable fractional partner, without the overhead of a full-time hire. I'll plug in where you need support most and help move projects forward with focus and momentum.

I’m committed to strong communication and thoughtful, high-quality work tailored to your goals. In order to manage my time effectively and provide regular access to each client, I follow the following structure:

Project Based Work
$200/hr.

Requires a 10 hour minimum

Additional hours may be booked in increments of 10 hours

Projects are assessed during onboarding call and length of time required is suggested and agreed upon

Client is supplied a written quote for the project at the rate of $200/hr.

​50% non-refundable deposit is due upon invoice to begin work

50% balance is due at 30-day mark, or when work is completed (whichever is sooner) and in order to release final files, decks and/or artwork

Project hours should be used over the course of 30 days unless agreed upon otherwise

Larger projects are scoped and quoted based on my best estimate of the hours required

Actual hours may vary as projects evolve or scope changes

Any additional hours will be discussed and approved in writing before work continues

No work begins without prior written agreement from the client
Retainer Based Work
$175/hr.

Monthly retainer clients are entitled to 20 hours of work over the course of 30 days each month

Hours are typically arranged in (1) 1-hr call weekly + (4) hours of my dedicated work on your project, weekly

Objectives are assessed during onboarding call and mapped out by priority

Client is supplied an opening invoice each month for the full retainer amount at the rate of $175/hr.

​100% of the retainer amount is due in full each month in order to begin work

Unused hours do not roll over to the next month; Retainer is non-refundable
-
Agreement is month-to-month and may be extended verbally; It does not auto-renew
-
Either party may terminate the agreement with one week’s written notice or upon completion of any prepaid hours

Time billed under our working agreement includes all branding/ business strategy related activities, including but not limited to:

Conceptual development, working meetings (in person, by phone, or Zoom), reviewing and responding to feedback, design and production work, and communication with external collaborators.

Most design work is created using the Canva platform. Requests for specific file formats or for subsequent versions to be developed in alternative applications (e.g., .pptx, .ai) can be accommodated upon request and will be billed against standard project hours.

The Consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. As such, availability is limited to normal business hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Communication should be professionally organized, efficient, and relevant to active project work. The Consultant is not expected to be on-call and should not be contacted outside of reasonable working hours for non-urgent matters.
